Initiate Your Request
Contact our support team with your order number and reason for return to receive your Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and a prepaid shipping label.
Prepare the Package
Securely place the watch in its original Steeldive presentation box, ensuring all protective films, tags, and warranty cards are included.
Ship the Item
Affix the provided shipping label to the exterior of your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location within 7 days of receiving your label.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the watch's condition, we will process your full refund or dispatch your exchange piece within 3-5 business days.
